What we collect

When you submit a contact form, request a guide, or inquire about a property, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any message or notes you include.

If you browse the site without submitting a form, no personal information is collected directly by this site. Cloudflare's infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

If you accept cookies via the banner on this site, the Follow Up Boss Pixel loads and may identify your browser across return visits using a cookie stored on your device. This helps Nathan follow up with visitors who later submit a form.

How it's used

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule showings or consultations, and maintain a record of your communication with Nathan. It is stored in Follow Up Boss, a CRM platform Nathan uses to manage client relationships.

This site does not sell your personal information. It does not use your data for advertising profiling or share it with marketing lists.

Third parties

• · Follow Up Boss. Nathan's CRM. Form submissions are sent to FUB, which is operated by Zillow Group. FUB's privacy policy governs how data is stored on their platform. You can request deletion by contacting Nathan directly.
• · Cloudflare. Provides hosting, CDN, and analytics for this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and does not track individual visitors. Standard server logs are retained per Cloudflare's data processing terms.
• · SimplyRETS. Powers the MLS property search on this site. Your search queries are forwarded to SimplyRETS to retrieve listing data; no personal information (name, email, or phone) is transmitted to SimplyRETS.

Cookies

The only cookie-setting component on this site is the Follow Up Boss Pixel, and it only loads after you explicitly accept cookies via the banner at the bottom of the screen.

If you decline cookies, or if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the Pixel never loads. You can change your cookie preference at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer.

Cloudflare's analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile (the bot-protection widget on forms), and SimplyRETS do not set cookies.

Retention and your rights

Lead and contact data is retained in Follow Up Boss for as long as Nathan maintains an active CRM record. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting Nathan directly.
